ARRIVAL TO OUR DEDICATED STORAGE FACILITY
Our experienced and expert caravan site team will perform external checks looking for pre-exiting damage or wear and tear. We will complete our pre-shipment inspection report where a copy is retained by both delivery person and the depot.
UK COLLECTION
We are also able to offer caravan collection services. When collecting, our pre-shipment inspection report is completed on site. A copy of the completed pre-shipment inspection form provided to both persons.
We also take photos and videos of the caravans which we send to the client along with the inspection report.
PREPARATION AND LOADING
All caravans are prepared for container loading and shipping through tried and trusted methods. This ensures your caravan will arrive in the safest possible fashion at its worldwide destination.
Our team remove any vulnerable external parts. Roof aerials and drawbar covers prevent the caravan from loading and may get damaged if left in place during shipping. The caravan in prepared using protective materials for container loading.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
F.S Mackenzie also offer A-frame removal at our Midlands Freight Hub.
As part of the handling process F.S Mackenzie provide photographs and videos of caravans being loaded into containers, all of which are available to our clients for each caravan.
Our experienced shipping team will then provide all vessel information and documentation required ensuring the customer has everything to smoothly take receipt of their caravan at chosen import destination.
